In a saucepan, add 790g of condensed milk and 1 cup of powdered milk. Mix well until the powdered milk is completely dissolved.

Now add 400g of sour cream, turn it on over medium heat and stir until the cream thickens. As soon as it thickens, remove the pan from the heat, set aside and let it cool at room temperature.

In a container, add strawberry to taste. Remembering that I used the whole strawberries so they don't release water. Add cream and spread well.
Step 4
Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours.

In an ovenproof dish, add 200g of melted dark chocolate and 200g of heavy cream. Mix well. Add the ganache on top of the cream and spread well.
Step 6
Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours.
Step 7
I used strawberries to decorate it, but you can decorate it any way you like.
